These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dream Van Rentals website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to submit a booking inquiry or arrange an event.
Inquiries are not bookings
Submitting a form, sending a message, discussing a date, or receiving an initial estimate does not reserve the Dream Van or create a booking. A date is confirmed only after availability, route, access, scope, required paperwork, and any required payment are completed in accordance with a written booking agreement.
The signed booking agreement controls the confirmed package, timing, location, pricing, travel, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and other event-specific details. If these website terms conflict with a signed booking agreement, the signed booking agreement controls for that event.
Availability and service scope
Experiences, service areas, time windows, travel, attendants, refreshments, characters, artists, equipment, and premium add-ons are subject to availability and final written confirmation. Website descriptions are general planning information and may be updated as offerings, staffing, inventory, or operating conditions change.
We may decline or adjust a proposed event when the route, parking, driveway slope, gate width, overhead clearance, venue rules, neighborhood restrictions, weather, safety conditions, or other site conditions are not workable.
Pricing and payment
Displayed package prices, where provided, describe the base package identified on the relevant page. Travel, taxes, custom production, staffing, premium add-ons, extended time, special access needs, damage, cleaning, or other approved items may affect the final total.
All charges, deposits, payment deadlines, refundability, and accepted payment methods must appear in the applicable estimate, invoice, or booking agreement. Nothing is included unless it appears in the confirmed written scope.
Customer responsibilities
The person booking the event is responsible for providing accurate information and helping maintain a workable event environment, including:
- Providing the correct event address, date, times, guest count, contact details, and requested services.
- Obtaining any property-owner, venue, neighborhood, parking, permit, or access approvals required for delivery, setup, operation, and pickup.
- Disclosing gates, slopes, clearance limits, parking rules, loading restrictions, surface conditions, pets, hazards, or other facts that could affect safe access.
- Making sure the approved placement area and route are available at the confirmed arrival and pickup times.
Guests and supervision
A responsible adult must remain present and supervise minors unless a signed booking agreement expressly states otherwise. The booking customer is responsible for guests and for communicating relevant rules, allergy information, accessibility needs, and safety instructions before the event.
Guest count and sleeping capacity limits must be followed. Dream Van Rentals may pause an activity or require a guest to leave the van when conduct creates a safety risk, threatens property, or materially disrupts the confirmed experience.
Safety and prohibited conduct
Guests must follow reasonable instructions from Dream Van Rentals and any confirmed event staff. Unless expressly approved in writing, the following are not permitted in or around the van:
- Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, open flames, weapons, or hazardous materials.
- Unapproved food, drinks, decorations, adhesives, confetti, equipment, animals, or activities that may damage the van or create a hazard.
- Tampering with vehicle controls, safety equipment, appliances, fixtures, doors, storage, electrical systems, or operating components.
- Conduct that is unlawful, abusive, dangerous, or inconsistent with venue or neighborhood rules.
Add-ons and outside providers
Premium enhancements may be performed by independent providers and remain subject to staffing, inventory, travel, lead time, weather, and site conditions. An outside provider is included only when identified in the confirmed written scope.
If you bring your own vendor, performer, equipment, or decoration, it must be disclosed and approved in advance when it could affect access, power, timing, safety, insurance, or use of the van. Dream Van Rentals is not responsible for an unapproved outside provider’s acts, omissions, products, or services.
Photos and media
Guests may take personal photos subject to event, venue, and safety rules. Dream Van Rentals will not rely on these website terms alone as permission to use an identifiable guest’s image for marketing. Any business use of event photos or video will be addressed through separate consent, the booking agreement, or another documented permission.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before sharing images of other guests, especially minors.
Cancellations, changes, and weather
Cancellation, rescheduling, delay, weather, travel, and force-majeure terms vary by booking and must be stated in the signed booking agreement. Contact us promptly if event details change. Requested changes are not effective until accepted in writing and may affect availability, route, staffing, timing, or price.
We may delay, relocate, modify, or stop services when conditions are unsafe or when access differs materially from the approved plan. The applicable booking agreement will govern any resulting credit, reschedule, or refund rights.
Damage and cleaning
The booking customer may be responsible, as stated in the booking agreement, for loss, unusual cleaning, or damage caused by the customer, guests, pets, unapproved vendors, decorations, equipment, or violations of event rules. Ordinary wear is not treated as customer damage.
Please report spills, breakage, injuries, or safety concerns promptly so they can be addressed during the event whenever possible.
Website content and acceptable use
The site’s branding, text, layout, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by Dream Van Rentals or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial event planning. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, interfere with, or misuse the site or its content without written permission.
Do not submit false, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious material through the site, and do not attempt to bypass security or disrupt site operation.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general information and inquiry purposes. We do not promise that every feature, page, price, provider, date, or service area will remain available or that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, event-specific remedies, releases, insurance requirements, and limitations of responsibility are governed by the signed booking agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
California law and updates
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any event-specific dispute process or venue will be stated in the applicable booking agreement.
We may update these terms as the site, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with a new effective date and applies to later use of the website.
