Plan access before arrival
Provide the event city, exact placement address, preferred date, start time, end time, and a description of driveway or venue access. Include gate widths, slopes, overhead clearance, loading restrictions, street-parking rules, and homeowners-association or venue requirements. A safe, legal, and level placement area is required, and final positioning is determined after arrival conditions are reviewed.
Dream Van Only is intentionally flexible, but it is not an unattended rental without rules. Guest supervision, acceptable use, capacity, food, decorations, cleanup, and damage terms should be understood before the event. The written agreement controls the final service window and responsibilities.

Premium add-ons may be available if the host wants to build beyond the standard interior. Options can include party planning, character appearances, mobile beauty services, balloon installation, face painting, photography, content creation, luxury bedding, personalized favors, a custom theme, karaoke, instant photos, exterior inflatable couches, a pink or red carpet, and camp chairs.
Add-ons are subject to availability and are confirmed separately. Because Dream Van Only begins as an unhosted, activity-free option, each enhancement should be reviewed carefully so staffing, timing, power, setup, and teardown remain realistic. The final package summary should list every approved inclusion and exclude anything that was only discussed as an idea.
